Description

FitzHugh-Nagumo Model is a simulation that displays a biological neuron based on the van der Pol equations for a damped oscillator.

FitzHugh-Nagumo Model comes with two different state variables: the voltage within the neuron and a recovery variable.

It lets you change parameter values as well as see the phase space in a separate window.
