FINANCE MANAGER is a handy little app that helps you keep track of your personal finances. If you're looking to manage your money better, this could be just what you need! The app features a login system, so you can create and handle multiple accounts all in one place.

Easy Installation Process

The installation is super quick and only takes a few clicks. Just a tip: make sure you have Java installed on your computer or update it if it's already there.

User-Friendly Interface

The interface is pretty straightforward with three main tabs: Details, Income, and Expenses. Each section has its own sub-categories like personal, job, and finance, making it easy to find what you're looking for.

Create Your Account

You will need to log in with your credentials to use the app's features. To get started, you'll create a new account by filling out your full name, gender, email, phone number, company name, manager's name, work email, position, balance funds, and salary. Don't forget to set up a password!

Add Your Finances Easily

After setting everything up, you can start entering all your expenses and incomes. Just type in how much money you've spent or received and from whom. It's that simple!

Log Access with Excel

You can open your logs in Microsoft Excel for a more detailed look at your finances. However, it would’ve been great if the app included a built-in list of all records along with filtering options for expenses and incomes.

Lack of Personalization Options

The fields provided in the app are quite limited which makes personalization tough. It would be helpful if the app allowed details like date, category (like entertainment or bills), payee name, and extra comments. Additionally, there's no option to export data into XLS or CSV formats for editing later.

The Bottom Line on FINANCE MANAGER

In summary, FINANCE MANAGER is a simple tool designed for easily adding and managing personal expenses and incomes. During our testing phase though, we noticed that the app couldn't be closed using the "X" button; we had to end it through Task Manager instead.
