Description
FASTApple is a suite of AppleScript based application that were created to help you work with FASTA files.
FASTApple includes 3 utilities:
· FASTA Concatenater, that can be used to combine two or more FASTA files
· FASTA Gene Concatenater, created to string the sequences of each taxon in a set of FASTA files
· GenBank Renamer, that renames the taxa contained in a FASTA file.
