The Policy Manager Console

The F-Secure Policy Manager Console acts as a central hub for managing security across your network. You can easily group devices into logical units to share policies effectively.

You set up policies in the Console, which then gets sent out to workstations through the Server. This console offers a user-friendly interface for everything from new deployments and updates to monitoring status and generating reports.

The Policy Manager Server

The F-Secure Policy Manager Server keeps all your policies and software packages organized. It’s also where you’ll find status updates and alerts from managed hosts. It works alongside Apache web server technology to provide scalability.

This means communication between the Server and managed hosts happens smoothly via standard HTTP protocol, making performance reliable both on local networks and wide area networks.

The Web Reporting System

F-Secure Web Reporting, included in the Server package, gives you detailed graphical reports about your network's security status. This helps you spot computers that might be at risk before issues arise.

You get great visibility into security settings, plus an easy way to see where weaknesses lie in your network. The web-based interface allows admins to create interactive reports based on historical data quickly!
