What is F-Engrave?

F-Engrave is a cool app that helps you turn text into g-code files. It's super handy because it gives you some neat formatting options to change how your text looks. You can add all sorts of effects and even save your work as SVG or g-code files right on your computer.

Easy to Use Interface

One of the best things about F-Engrave is how easy it is to use. It has a simple interface with everything you need in one window. You can type in your text or just paste it from somewhere else, and it even supports multi-row text! Plus, if you have images in DXF or BMP formats, you can load those too.

Customize Your Text

With F-Engrave, you can really make your text unique. Want to change the font style? You can adjust the height, width, line thickness, and spacing between characters and words. You can also play around with the positioning and orientation of your text by adjusting the display angle and choosing left, right, or center justification. Plus, there’s an option to flip the text horizontally or apply some fun mirroring effects!

A Variety of Fonts and Settings

This app comes with a long list of true-type fonts so you can pick just the right look for your project. There are also customizable g-code settings like feed rate, Z rate, cut depth, g-code header, and postscript that let you fine-tune everything.

Add Special Effects

You want special effects? F-Engrave has got you covered! You can display your input text on an arc by changing its radius. The v-carving options are fully customizable too; tweak angles, diameters, cut depth limits, loop accuracy—there's a lot you can do! And don’t forget about the preview function that shows how everything looks as you make changes.

Create & Save Your Designs
