First off, you should know that you cannot get the program running properly on your computer unless you have Microsoft Excel. After you install, you come face-to-face with a small window that only displays 3 main features. The UI does not include any menu or a useful help section that explains how to operate the app.
To put it simply, the role of the utility can be summarized to loading the Excel spreadsheet, selecting the output folder, and accessing the Process function. After the XLS file has been processed, you can open it to view all the data inserted neatly arranged and all cell gaps deleted.
Since the idea behind the application is to help you organize your small business's budget, it would be nice if the utility came with a tool that can let you know where you stand. Ideally, the tool should allow you to preview the registered expenses in a pie chart, so you can know how you are doing at a glance.
