If you need more help with anything listed, there's a “Support” button next to each entry. Just click it to perform a quick Google search about that specific agent in your web browser.
Last but not least, EtreCheck shows the top processes sorted by CPU or memory usage. You'll get all sorts of details about your virtual memory too. This is super useful if you're facing some computer hiccups.
