Easy to Use Without Installation

One of the coolest things about EtiquetA is that it doesn’t require an installation process. This saves you time and makes it super easy to carry around your notes wherever you go! Your notes are saved automatically when you close the app, so you won’t lose anything. Plus, it won’t mess with your computer’s registry entries while it runs, keeping everything nice and healthy.

Your Notes Right on the Desktop

When you open EtiquetA, a compact window pops up on your desktop showing your startup note. It starts off empty, which means you can jump right in and start typing! If you hover over the note, you'll see some options to minimize or close the program. But no worries—you can also do that from the settings panel if that's easier for you!

A Few Limitations

Now, I have to mention that there are a couple of downsides. First off, you can't resize the note window or scroll through it if your text goes beyond what fits on the screen. But don’t worry; you can still use the arrow keys to navigate through your text.

The biggest downside? You only get one sticky note at a time! You can open another instance of EtiquetA, but keep in mind that any new notes won't save once you close them.

Basic Features at Your Fingertips

On the bright side, EtiquetA lets you perform basic tasks like copying and pasting text. You can also minimize the note when you're not using it. Text customization is available too! However, websites and email addresses won’t be highlighted automatically.
