Enigeo is a super cool app made for all you geography lovers out there! It helps you learn about different countries, their flags, and capitals in a fun way. When you're in learning mode, you can explore an interactive map of the world. Plus, there's a quiz mode to see how much you've learned!

Explore the World with Enigeo

This app comes in two versions: one that installs like regular software and a portable version that doesn’t need any setup at all. The main window acts like your control center where you can start quizzes and check your latest scores.

Dive into Explorer Mode

You can kick things off by clicking on the “Explorer mode” button. Here, Enigeo shows you a colorful interactive map of our planet. To the left side, you'll find two handy lists—one for countries and another for capitals—all neatly arranged in alphabetical order. Need to look up something? Just use the search box!

Get to Know Each Country

Selecting a country on the map reveals important info like its name, flag, capital city, area size, population, and continent. You can even zoom in on smaller countries to get a closer look! Oh, and there’s also an option to listen to the national anthem of each country.

Test Your Knowledge with Quizzes

The quiz mode is where things get exciting! You start by setting up your quiz preferences: choose how many countries you want to include (like only those with large areas), adjust the number of questions, or pick how tough you'd like it to be. There are 16 different question types available—including questions about locations, capitals, flags, and anthems!

Your Score Updates Live!

During your quiz, you'll see the same map as before along with a timer and spaces for your answers. Your score updates as you go along so you can keep track of how you're doing—even if you haven’t finished yet.
