After a quick installation, just launch the program and log in using the default credentials: username 'admin1' and password 'admin'. This gets you into the main window where all the magic happens.

User-Friendly Interface

The cool thing about enBill is its tabbed interface. You can easily switch between three main sections: 'Inventory', 'Invoice', and 'Reports'. Each part has its own special function to help you out.

Manage Your Inventory

In the 'Inventory' tab, adding new products is a breeze! Just enter the 'Item Code', 'Item Description', 'Buy Rate', 'Sale Rate', and the retailer's name. Then hit the 'Add Record' button. Once you list your items, you can modify their count before saving everything by clicking on 'Submit'. Easy-peasy!

Create Invoices Effortlessly

The 'Invoice' section lets you sell items from your inventory. Just type in the buyer's name, contact info, mobile number, and item code. Pressing ‘Enter’ brings up your item. If needed, adjust discount rates or VAT percentages before hitting the ‘Invoice’ button to print it out!

Generate Reports

You can create helpful reports based on your invoices, stock levels, profits, or even specific retailers you're working with. Plus, these reports can be customized for any time range or retailer.
