This little utility was designed to help you enable the Administrator account on the welcome screen. It allows you to toggle the Administrator account to Enabled or Disabled on the Welcome Screen, depending on its current state.
This utility will only work if the Administrator account is named "Administrator". You can only log into the Administrator account in Safe Mode if you're running Windows XP Home Edition.
