Getting Started with Eguasoft

Once you finish installing the app, you’ll see a numerical pad screen that works as a login feature. The cool part? You don’t need to register! Just type in the standard admin code, which is 0000.

Navigating the Interface

The first thing you’ll notice on the screen is a wide window split into three sections with five order rectangles along with a bar order area. On the right side of the interface, there’s a Logout button to shut down the app whenever you need to, plus your IP address and easy access to the Admin Panel.

Placing Orders Made Easy

To fill an order, just select one of those rectangles and voila! The dishes menu pops up. You can choose from all sorts of food or drinks. For instance, if you pick “Soup,” just select one of the two varieties available. Feel free to add notes if needed, then hit “Save,” and watch as the table layout updates automatically.

Tracking Orders and Staff

You can also print out receipts and keep tabs on who took each order directly from that table layout. It’s all about making things easier for everyone involved!

The Admin panel is where all the magic happens! It lets you tweak every aspect of your app settings. Want to add new categories or dishes? No problem! This app can handle dozens of new items while keeping a close eye on your staff in both front-of-house and kitchen roles.
