EasyBee is a handy tool that lets you quickly move media files from your iOS device to your Mac. You don’t have to worry about syncing through iTunes anymore! With EasyBee, you can just drag and drop your files with ease.

How EasyBee Works

The interface of the EasyBee app is super simple. It shows up as a little status bar menu on your screen, letting you start or stop the service anytime. Once it's running, every time you plug in your iOS device to your Mac, EasyBee will create an image for that device. You can check this out through a Finder window, making it easy to find what you need.

Trusting Your Mac

Just a quick note: for EasyBee to access all the content on your device, you need to confirm on your phone or tablet that you trust the Mac you're using. Don’t worry; this process is really simple and there aren’t any confusing settings!

Your Files at a Glance

With the image created by EasyBee, you'll see all the files linked to installed apps and default media folders like Movies, Music, and Photos. Plus, there’s a special Storage folder just for you!

What You Can Do with Your Media Folders

One thing to keep in mind is that these media folders are read-only. This means you can browse through them, play files in Finder, and even move them over to your computer. However, transferring files from your Mac back into those folders isn’t possible.

Using the Storage Folder

The good news? You can move files into the Storage folder! Just keep in mind that once they're there, you won’t be able to access them directly from your iOS device. If you connect it to another computer with EasyBee installed later on, though, you'll treat it like any thumb drive—super easy!
