Easy Launcher

Easy Launcher allows you to customize the tabsheet appearance, manage the tabsheet column, and the hot keys. You can specify the program to run at startup, always show on top, show the settings on a separate tabsheet, resolve dropped shortcuts, create desktop shortcuts, pin the shortcut to the Start Menu, and ignore clicks on the blank button.
