EarthDesk is pretty cool! It's a macOS Preferences pane that shows you a real-time image of the Earth right on your desktop. Imagine looking at our planet from space every time you sit at your computer!

Easy Installation

Getting EarthDesk up and running is super easy. It comes with its own installation system. All you need to do is double-click on the .prefPane file, and you're good to go! Just a heads up, EarthDesk doesn't start automatically. You'll need to go into the pane to make some adjustments before it starts rendering.

Customize Your View

One of the coolest things about EarthDesk is how much you can customize it! You can switch between different maps and projection types. Whether you want to see Natural Color, Political maps, Shaded Relief, or Living Earth Satellite images, it's all there for you!

Real-Time Data Display

With EarthDesk, you can see real-time satellite cloud images, track the space station's location, and even watch where the Sun and Moon are at any moment. Plus, if you're someone who loves variety, you can create presets to easily switch between different settings with just a click.
