When you launch Dubser, it quietly minimizes into your tray area. This means it’s always there when you need it! You’ll see a small drop zone on your desktop where you can quickly bring up the search panel.

Preset Search Engines

This app comes loaded with a variety of preset search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo!. Plus, there are specialized options like Maps, Wikipedia, IMDb, and Google Translate. If you're not sure how to use all these features, check out the documentation file. It’s packed with useful hotkeys that let you search or pull up the engine panel instantly.

Simplified Searching

Once you have the panel open, all you need to do is type in what you're looking for. An awesome feature is that as you type, suggestions pop up for you! Just keep in mind that while this is super helpful, there's no way to turn off this suggestion feature if it's not your thing.

Customizable Options

After typing in your search term and choosing a search engine from the list (which opens in your default web browser), you'll find that Dubser allows customization too! You can set up to nine different search engines based on what works best for you.

Proxy Support

If you're looking for more privacy while surfing the net, Dubser lets you connect through a proxy server by entering the host and port information. And if you're using Windows? Don’t forget to manually add a shortcut in your Startup folder so it runs automatically!
