Droid4x comes with its own installer app that takes care of downloading and installing everything. But here's a heads-up: since it uses VirtualBox, you might hit some bumps trying to boot up the Droid4x image.

Troubleshooting Tips

If things aren't running smoothly, it's a good idea to uninstall VirtualBox first. Don't worry; there's an uninstallation script in the VirtualBox archive that makes it easy. After that, launch the Droid4x installer again to get everything set up. Just be ready for possible errors because support from the developers is pretty much non-existent.

A Word of Caution

Unfortunately, they don’t give any instructions before using the installer app, which can lead to some frustrating moments. Both downloading and installing Droid4x and VirtualBox can take quite some time.
