DNAStrider is basically a Mac OS X port for the very popular DNAStrider application available for Mac OS Classic.
DNAStrider enables you to view and analyze DNA files in a snap, with the help of an easy to use interface.
The application is written using Real Basic and allows you to view DNA sequences as well as add memos to them, if you need to.
On top of that you can also use DNAStrider to translate reading frames, but also for amplifying oligo or performing silent mutations.
DNAStrider is a cross-platform utility available for multiple platforms, such as Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
