DLM – Download Manager is a handy little program that helps you keep track of all the stuff saved on your hard drive. It’s pretty straightforward, which makes it easy to use.

The interface might look a bit old-school, like something straight out of Windows 95 or 98. It's split into two parts. One side shows all your files and folders in a certain spot, along with details like their names and sizes. The other side lets you update descriptions for your items. You can choose to see everything or just the items without IDs.

This software also helps you extract files from archives or even add new ones! Plus, it can search for DIZ files, which are simple text files that give a quick description of what's inside an archive.

You can create databases in DLMDB format or pop open a search window. This feature lets you look through the program files using keywords that you type in. You can even search within item descriptions and file names.

A Small Drawback

One tiny downside is that DLM doesn't support the usual file browser. This means you'll need to type out the full path or copy-paste it when looking for things. For newbies, this could be a bit frustrating since figuring out how to write paths isn’t always easy!
