Displays is a cool tool that automatically finds all the monitors connected to your Mac. You can manage their resolutions right from the status bar, so you don't have to dig through the System Preferences every time.

Easy Access to Monitor Info

The Displays app also makes it super easy to access the customization panel for your screens. Plus, it has some extra features that really enhance your experience. In the Displays status bar menu, you can see a list of all your connected monitors along with handy details like their size, vendor, serial number, color profile, video card info, and when they were made.

Change Resolutions and More

This same menu lets you switch up the screen resolution or even rotate the screen image if you need to. And if you want to grab a quick screenshot? No problem! It captures everything on your screen with just a 3-second delay by default.

Customizing Your Experience

Displays knows what looks good on your screen and will hide any small resolutions that might not. If you want to change that setting, just head over to the app's Preferences. Here, you can also tweak how resolutions are grouped and even add labels for each value!

Add Some Extra Features

This app comes packed with useful functions for those little issues we all run into sometimes. For example, there's a virtual pointer feature and an option to hide desktop icons—perfect for presentations! Plus, there's a picture-in-picture function that lets you view what's on another display right on your main monitor. This is especially handy if those extra screens are in another room.
