Getting Started with Diafaan SMS Server

The first time you run the software, a setup wizard pops up to guide you through everything. It’s easy! You’ll set up your admin account by entering your full name and password. Then, pick the type of message you want to use—either a GSM modem gateway or Clickatell gateway. You'll also need to configure which COM port your GSM modem is connected to or enter your Clickatell HTTP API details.

Choose Your Connector Type

Once you've finished the wizard, you get to choose what kind of connector you want to use: web, email, SQL, or scripting connector. Each connector has extra settings that help you set up the built-in HTTP server for forwarding messages to an external website using ‘GET’ or ‘POST’ commands. You can also tweak the SMTP server settings or forward messages to email!
