It doesn't take longer than a few seconds to finish the process, excluding the restart itself. Unfortunately, you can only process one file at a time, with loading done only from the built-in browse dialog, since drag and drop is not supported.

It would have been useful for the application to at least integrate into the context menu. All things considered, Delete On Boot is a straightforward application you can use to get rid of files that stubbornly refuse to delete or keep appearing after startup. Sadly, this needs to be done one file at a time, but it's worth a try overall, being able to remove locked files, and it's also portable.
