CutLogic 1D is a length cutting optimizer whose purpose is to help you cut any linear material, such as layout, profiles, bars and cables. Plus, the tool is able to automatically find the optimal cutting layouts and generate reports.

It reveals a straightforward layout where you can manage plans (their sources, parts, settings and results), materials (their sources and parts), assemblies, storages, and reports, as well as start or stop the calculation of optimal cutting for the current plan.

CutLogic 1D lets you import data from XLS, CSV, plain text or Access files, and add info from the clipboard.

The program help you sort the information in an ascending or descending order or by columns (e.g. length, quantity, cost, description, source ID). What’s more, you are allowed to edit data and filter the information using different conditions.

An important feature implemented in the utility enables you to inventor different types of materials and their sources, storages, and assemblies.

What’s more, you are allowed to add new materials or change the descriptive information about the existing ones, define sources of the actually set material, specify the parts for the given material, as well as set up a list of pre-defined plan settings for the given material.

There’s support for database integration via Firebird, and the tool lets you automatically back up the information, restore data, and send backups via email.

CutLogic 1D gives you the possibility to generate detailed reports which may contain information about the cutting layout part labels, cutting layouts, cutting layout remnant labels, plan cost, plan parts, and plan sources.

You can print or export the reports to CSV, XLS, PDF, RTF, HTML, XML or other file format, send reports via email, preview the content of the reports in a dedicated panel, as well as filter the information by date.
