Counter-based pulse-generator is an application that simulates a pulse generator with ease.
The simulation circuit consists of a NOR-gate RS-flipflop and a six-digit asynchronous decimal counter, built from 74390 integrated circuits.
Counter-based pulse-generator is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
