You fill in details like the class name, professor's name, student names, and their grades throughout the semester.

After entering all that information, just hit the “Tally” button! The program will do its magic and quickly calculate averages, final results, and even rank students based on their scores. It’s pretty neat! Just keep in mind that the calculations are based on set formulas which might not fit every school system out there. So be careful when using those features.

Access Extra Tools

If you feel like Continuous Assessment Pro has some limits, don’t worry! You can still access popular office tools right from the interface. Tools like calculators or MS Word are available but remember—you need to have those programs installed for the shortcuts to work since Continuous Assessment Pro won’t install them automatically.
