ColorFolXS is a cool little app for Mac that makes changing the color of your folders super easy! Sounds a bit tedious, right? Well, with ColorFolXS, you can forget all that hassle and add some fun colors to your desktop with just a few clicks.
Using ColorFolXS is such a breeze! It has this sleek black-themed interface that feels modern and easy on the eyes. You’ll find a nice selection of predefined colors along with sliders for fine-tuning. It’s really user-friendly!
You have two simple ways to change colors. First, you can right-click on any folder in Finder. Just head over to Services and select “ColorFolXS,” then pick your favorite color from the options available. Or if you want an even quicker method, just open ColorFolXS and drag any folder straight onto one of the color cells. Simple as that!
One of the best things about ColorFolXS is how customizable it is! You can create your own colors for the cells, adjust icon sizes, and choose from three different folder styles – all tailored to your liking.
In addition to customizing colors, you can set up keyboard shortcuts for quick access to important actions within ColorFolXS. Plus, there’s an option to link your color cells with Finder tags so they automatically update when you change your folder's color.
