When you first open it, they show some sample records to help guide you along.

You can easily add new items by specifying a topic and jotting down notes. All your entries will be displayed in a neat table format. Want to see your contents? You can preview them in your default web browser or use an internal one if you turn that option on.

Create Reports and Set Reminders

If you're into reporting, this app allows you to generate HTML reports too! Just pick which data fields to include and save images in GIF or JPEG format afterward. Speaking of reminders, each record can have its own reminder date, title, and note so you never forget anything important!

Database Maintenance Features

Maintaining your database is a breeze with Collectibles Organizer Deluxe! It lets you reindex your data, delete indexes, pack up the database, wipe out specific records or all of them at once, repair data files, create backups, find duplicates, verify email addresses—you name it!

A Few Drawbacks

All in all, Collectibles Organizer Deluxe is packed with features perfect for managing collectibles or any other items. But we did notice that the interface could use some love—it tends to struggle with resizing on Windows 10.
