Description
CMOS 6T SRAM cell is an application that allows you to simulate six-transistor SRAM storage cells.
Click the input switches of type the 'd' bindkey to control the DATAIN data input value, 'e' to enable the bitline tristate drivers, and 'w' to control the wordline.
The memory cell simulated by the application forms the basis for most static random-access memories in CMOS technology.
CMOS 6T SRAM cell is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
