Club Membership System is a software tool that can help club managers add members and log visitors, as well as generate reports regarding all information stored.

The installation process is a piece of cake, and it is over in a few seconds. The interface you are greeted by presents an outdated design, yet it is quite intuitive. This means it can be used by anybody, including people with no experience with computers, or highly experienced individuals.

An unlimited number of members can be added, along with information such as full name, birthday, gender, company, address, type of membership, e-mail address, photo (by taking it with your web cam or uploading it from the hard drive), preferred means of communication and emergency contact.

A card designer is integrated, so that you can create new items. It is possible to establish width and height, change background color, show or hide borders and customize them. In addition to that, you can insert text (with user-defined font type, style, size and color), images from the hard drive (JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP) and a barcode. Elements can be rotated and saved to the hard drive in a CARD format.

Last, but not least you can log member visits and generate reports pertaining to contacts, all members or just the active ones, memberships which expire in the near future, visits and sales activity ones.

Club Membership System is a well-rounded piece of software, which comes bundled with extensive Help contents. It has a good response time, it does not put a strain on the system’s performance and it is suitable to all user categories.
