Description

Class Editor

Class Editor is just what it sounds like—a handy little tool that helps you check out and tweak the insides of any Java class binary file. Plus, you can even whip up new classes from scratch!

Simple and Organized Interface

The interface is super easy to use and neatly organized. You can see all kinds of details about class properties, constant pools, fields, and methods in separate tabs. It reads the Java class file and shows you its category, version, access rules, and interfaces—all of which you can change based on what you need.

Edit Like a Pro

With this app, you can view and edit field and method attributes. Want to delete an interface? No problem! You can even rename them or add new ones to your class. There’s also a list for the constant pools that shows their type, string name index, descriptor, and value. The navigation tools along with the search section make it a breeze to find exactly what you're looking for.

Avoid Errors with Cascading Changes

One cool feature is its ability to detect cascading changes. This means if you change part of the structure, Class Editor will scan for any dependencies or connections to other fields so that errors don’t pop up later.

Check Consistency Easily

The app also checks your class for consistency to ensure you're creating valid files. For example, if you delete a method, it’ll automatically remove the related constant pool entry that’s no longer needed.

Analyze Classes & Generate Reports

You can see related classes too! It analyzes compiler-specific attributes and even generates detailed reports about how your class functions. If you're interested in creating new classes, this tool is great for learning Java instructions and understanding how class files work.

User-Friendly Tool for Developers

Class Editor is truly user-friendly! It’s perfect for developers who want to dive into Java class binary files and make quick updates to properties, fields, methods, and attributes. If you're ready to get started with Class Editor or want more info about downloading it here!
