Description

CiviCRM is an open source, platform-independent and completely free web-based CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) software dedicated to the non-profit and non-governmental sectors.

In other words, it’s a Web application that can store information on the universe of people associated with a non-profit organization and on their interactions, such as donations, emails, petitions, and events. It integrates with Drupal, Joomla! or WordPress.

Key features include support for contacts, contributions, communications, peer-to-peer fundraisers, advocacy campaigns, events, members, reports, as well as case management. Unlike proprietary software, CiviCRM is a robust and highly customizable CRM designed to meet organizations’ highest expectations right out-of-the box.

CiviCRM boasts a customizable and modern dashboard that allows users to edit existing contacts and create new ones, manage household relationships, de-dupe contacts, manage affiliations, create groups of contacts and criteria-based 'smart groups', as well as to access comprehensive contact records.

The software supports creation of multiple membership levels for multiple chapters or organizations, supports sending of membership renewal notifications, supports custom membership rules and statuses, supports creation of custom online membership forms, supports automatic renewal of memberships, and supports listing and searching of memberships.

CiviCRM is translated in over 20 languages, including English (U.S., UK, Australia, and Canada), Chinese (China and Taiwan), French (France and Canada), Dutch, German, Japanese, Italian, Swedish, and Russian.
