Description

Citrio

Citrio is a pretty cool browser that comes packed with some neat features like a built-in BitTorrent client, a proxy client, and even a download accelerator. It’s designed to help you browse the web without distractions.

Simple User Interface

One of the best things about Citrio is its simple and clean user interface. This makes it super easy for you to focus on what really matters—your web pages! You’ll love how much desktop space you have to work with.

BitTorrent Support

Thanks to its built-in BitTorrent client, downloading torrent files and magnet links is a breeze. You can manage everything directly in Citrio without having to switch apps. How convenient is that?

Proxy Management

Citrio also has a handy proxy widget. This helps you manage your proxies easily so you can enable the one you want without any hassle.

Video Saver Feature

If you're into videos, there’s a Video Saver feature that automatically detects videos on web pages. However, it does have a drawback—it can’t detect YouTube videos if they’re played from within a playlist, which can be frustrating.

Torrent Download Issues

We found some issues with the built-in downloader too. It struggled to download torrents from various sources. While it managed to get the torrent file and load it in the BitTorrent client, it couldn’t find any seeders or download the actual content.

Everyday Browsing Experience

If you're just looking for a simple web browser for everyday use along with occasional file downloads and proxy use, Citrio could work well for you. But if you're someone who needs more robust downloading capabilities, you might be left wanting more.

Built on Chromium

The good news? Citrio is built on the Chromium project! This means it shares many tools and features like a task manager, developer tools, and even the JavaScript Console—all useful stuff!

Final Thoughts

In summary, Citrio offers an easy-to-use browsing experience with some handy features. However, there are definitely areas where improvements are needed for everything to run smoothly. If you're curious about trying it out or want more details, check out this Citrio link here!
