Understanding the Interface

Now, let's be real—the interface isn’t the prettiest out there. It can be a bit tricky to use because of some poor translations. You might find yourself scratching your head trying to figure out what each option does. It takes a bit of trial and error before it all clicks.

How It Works

The main screen has just a few buttons along with a 'CODE' section where you put in your encryption key. You can either type this key in or import it from an existing text file by using the 'to open' function.

Creating Your Password

Your password can include anything—lowercase, uppercase letters, numbers, symbols—whatever you like! Just remember, it needs to be at least 30 characters long. If it’s shorter, Ciphers All won’t let you proceed with the encryption.

Selecting Encryption Strength

You have options for strength too! The 0 – 5 switches let you choose how secure your encoding is, with 5 being the most secure. After setting that up, just hit the 'to cipher' button.

Encrypting Your Files

You’ll then pick the input text file you want to encrypt. Once that’s done, your file will turn into a jumble of random letters and symbols and save right onto your computer!

Sharing Securely

This encoded document is super safe to share with friends or anyone else since only someone with the original password can decipher it. Plus, there’s a handy 'to keep' option that lets you save your passphrase locally in TXT format.

Repeat as Needed!

The cool part? You can go through these steps over and over using the same input file if needed! This means you can keep boosting its security whenever you want.

A Quick Note on Improvements

Ciphers All does a great job at keeping your important documents secure from unwanted access. But let’s face it—it could definitely use some updates to make things easier for users. The 'Help' section isn’t very helpful due to translation issues which might make folks look for other options.
