CheckSend is a super handy add-in for Microsoft Outlook. It’s like your personal email assistant, giving you a nudge whenever something isn't quite right before you hit send. For example, if you're about to send an email to a blacklisted address or if you forgot to attach a file, CheckSend will let you know!

How CheckSend Keeps You on Track

With CheckSend, you can set it up to check your outgoing emails and remind you about any mistakes or missing attachments. You can customize what it looks for by using the Options window. The Content Watcher function is another great feature of CheckSend. It gives you a heads-up whenever it finds key phrases in your message that could lead to sending sensitive info. For instance, if you write “See attachment,” CheckSend will remind you to actually attach that file!
