It's a process that shouldn't take much time at all, but do note that you'll require a phone number to register if you haven't already.

After that, it's time to translate. Text that is pasted onto the interface will be automatically recognized by the program, and provided a suitable translation shortly after. Make sure to select a language for your translation, and the result should come within 10 seconds or so. The amount of system resources used to generate a translation is negligible on a modern machine.

As for the translation results, they're quite accurate. It's best to proofread a translation before publishing it anywhere, as it is possible for the software to misinterpret certain words or phrases. It's also worth noting that the selection of languages could be a bit larger.

The software defaults to the gpt 3.5-turbo model, which is reportedly "the best model to date for non-chat use cases" per OpenAI. More specifically, the 0301 version is used here, but you can also opt for the base turbo.
