Description
CalPicker
CalPicker is a handy application that helps you handle large amounts of content quickly. It gives you an easy way to pull out numbers or text based on what you need. So, if you're often sifting through documents, this tool can save you a ton of time!
Simple Interface for Everyone
Even though it might not win any beauty contests, the interface is super easy to use. You won't struggle with navigation, no matter your tech skills. In the middle section of the main window, you can import the text document you want to work on, and then preview it in the upper panel. The bottom part is where you set up your extraction criteria and see your results.
Handy Features (And Some Wish List Items)
It would be awesome if CalPicker let you drag and drop documents or handle multiple files at once. Also, bigger panels for previewing would be nice! But hey, it does support basic Windows commands like copy, paste, undo, and redo—so that helps a lot when going through documents.
Extracting Data Made Easy
The main idea behind this tool is to help you extract numerical values from long text documents easily. With just a few clicks, you can gather all the important numbers along with their related text. Once you're done extracting data, just click on your result to see where it’s located in the original document. This makes it easy to edit or copy paragraphs to another file.
Edit with Ease
You’ll love that while you can paste content into a designated field, CalPicker also automatically spots numeric values in your text when importing! Plus, if you need to tweak anything in the expression box, just hit the Expr Edit button at the bottom of the UI.
A Reliable Assistant for Professionals
This utility can be a great assistant for anyone who needs to pull information from several documents—especially if you're putting together reports or working in finance. You should definitely check out CalPicker!
