Cakebrew is a super easy and open-source graphical user interface for Homebrew. If you haven't heard of Homebrew yet, it's a popular package management system for macOS that helps you install both command line tools and apps right from the Terminal. Sounds cool, right?

The All Formulae tab is pretty handy too. It lets you browse all available formulas so you can install exactly what you need. Although searching by typing in the formula name works fine, having a built-in search feature would make things even simpler!

Diagnose Issues with Doctor

If things go wrong, don’t worry! By running the Doctor, Cakebrew utilizes Homebrew's feature to help spot common errors. Also, there's a Preferences slide sheet where you can set your proxy settings and custom path for your installed Homebrew.
