Bracketeer is a super handy tool that acts as a front-end GUI for Enfuse. If you haven't heard of Enfuse, it's this cool command-line freeware utility that takes multiple exposures of the same scene (we call these bracketed exposures) and blends them together to create a nicely lit image. This means you get pictures that look great, even in tricky lighting!
So, how does it all work? Think of Bracketeer as doing something similar to tonemapping with HDR images. But here’s the catch—no HDR images are made, which means you won’t have to deal with ghosting issues. How awesome is that?
The best part? Bracketeer can handle any kind of bracketed image set! It’s not just limited to panoramic equirectangular images, so whether you're capturing landscapes or cityscapes, it’s got your back.
NOTE: If you own PanoPreviewer, you're in luck! You can use Bracketeer for free. All you need to do is enter your PanoPreviewer serial number to unlock the full version. If you don’t have it yet, no worries—it’ll run in demo mode until you grab a serial number.
If you're ready to step up your photo game and want an easy-to-use tool for merging those bracketed shots, check out Bracketeer here!
