BlackAdder is a handy application development environment that helps both professional and hobbyist programmers create cool applications for Windows and Linux platforms.

With BlackAdder, you get to use the Python programming language along with the Ruby development language (although Ruby is currently on hold until the Qt bindings get updated to Qt3).
