When you first launch Binreader, you can set up your server options. This includes details like the NNTP host, your username and password, and whether or not to use SSL encryption (think ports 443 or 563). Customize Your Experience

You can also change the default download folder and NZB monitoring directory. If you have a favorite media player for previews, just select it! You can even enter command-line parameters for more functions. Don’t forget to adjust things like network timeout and how many times it should retry if there’s an issue.

A Few Downsides

While Binreader offers everything needed for downloading and previewing media from Usenet servers—and handling RAR archives—it's worth noting that it hasn’t been updated in a while.
