Users of BeyondTrust Support can grant approval for an Accessibility Service to enable Representatives to provide additional device support. This feature enhances Support Sessions by allowing Representatives to utilize key and gesture input capabilities while viewing the display through Screen Sharing, with no collection of personal information by the Accessibility Service.
