What is BASh?

BASh

BASh is a cool 4D component that packs a bunch of handy utility commands. It's especially great for working with dynamically reusable variable space, which they call DSS or Dynamic Stack Space. Plus, it has modules for date-time stamps (that’s the DTS module), encryption (the CRYPT module), and resources (the RES module). If you're into encoding and decoding, BASh has got you covered there too!

Compatibility with 4D Versions

This tool works perfectly with several versions of 4D: v6.7.x, v6.8.x, and even v7.0.x (which is often referred to as 4D 2003). So if you're using any of those versions, you'll have no trouble integrating BASh into your projects.

Why Use BASh?

You might wonder why you should use BASh in your work. Well, it helps make tasks easier by providing flexible solutions for common problems developers face. With its various modules, you can tackle everything from managing data to keeping things secure with encryption.
