Description

Atangeo Balancer Lite

Atangeo Balancer Lite is a cool tool that helps you find the perfect balance between how your 3D model looks and the number of polygons it uses. This means you can make your models look great without slowing down your computer!

Speedy Triangle Reordering

One of the neat features of Balancer Lite is its fast triangle reordering. This can speed up rendering for your 3D models, making them look awesome in no time!

High-Quality Polygon Reduction

Balancer Lite uses high-quality polygon reduction, also known as polygon simplification or decimation. This technique helps keep your model looking good while reducing its complexity.

Levels of Detail (LOD)

The tool calculates polygon reduction for all possible levels of detail (LOD) at once. You can quickly select an optimized model that gives you the best look while using fewer triangles.

Boosting Rendering Performance

Modern graphics hardware loves to use memory and vertex cache to speed things up. Balancer Lite makes sure your models take full advantage of this with efficient triangle reordering.

Mesh Limitations

It's worth noting that Balancer Lite works best with smaller meshes only. It has limits of 15,000 triangles and 10,000 vertices for a single mesh.

Handling Large Models

If you have a big model with many small independent meshes or layers, don’t worry! You can still use Balancer Lite by enabling it to split the model into separate meshes before loading it. Just go to Tools | Options | Importers | Wavefront .obj.

Important Note:

Please remember: Balancer Lite is meant for non-commercial use only in non-business environments.
