When you first launch the program, it asks you to set up a few things based on where you're located. You'll need to enter details like your country or region, area code, carrier code, the number you're dialing from, and whether your phone uses tone or pulse dialing.
Managing Your Phone List
Auto Dialer Pro keeps track of all the places you've configured. You can set area code rules that tell the software how to dial numbers from your area code to others. It’s pretty flexible—you can include all prefixes in an area code or just specific ones.
Importing and Saving Phone Lists
You can easily import your phone list from formats like CSV or XLS files and even from Skype contacts. Plus, if you want to save your phone list as a CSV file later on, that's super easy too! You can also create numbers using an internal list or Excel spreadsheet and print out call logs for both outgoing and incoming calls.
Automated Calling Features
This software doesn’t just dial numbers; it can automatically play pre-recorded audio messages (in WAV format) right when someone picks up the line. You can schedule calls at certain times and assign different messages for each entry. It even plays these messages after it detects silence on the line!
Scripting for Enhanced Functionality
If you're feeling a bit techy, you can use scripts to manage how calls are made—like starting or stopping at specific times. The software also lets you redial busy numbers by moving them to the end of the queue.
Create Multiple Profiles
You have the option to create and save multiple profiles too! Each profile can include its own unique phone list and WAV files. And if you're worried about clutter? No problem! You can set it up to automatically remove logs after a certain time.
