Asset Tracking System is designed to help you keep tabs on your stuff—what you have, who’s got it, and where it’s at. It’s super easy to get rolling! Just pop in some client info using the client editor, add site details in the site editor, and fill in your equipment info in the inventory editor.

Checking Out Equipment Made Easy

Once you've got everything set up, checking out equipment is a breeze. You just pick Check Out, choose the gear that’s going out, select who’s borrowing it, and specify where it’ll be used. All this info gets displayed right on the main ATS screen for easy viewing. If you want to see more details on a particular item, just double-click on an entry in the right view pane to pull up the loan record. And if needed, you can check that equipment back into inventory with just a click!

Reports to Keep You Organized

The Asset Tracking System comes loaded with twelve different reports that help you manage your inventory like a pro. These reports give you detailed insights about assets (inventory), clients, companies, and sites. One standout report is the 'Assets On Loan'. This report allows you to choose all records or handpick specific ones for added flexibility.

Create Loan Agreements Effortlessly

When you're ready to check out some inventory or assets, there's even an option to print a loan agreement. This agreement lays out all items being borrowed and has space for your client’s signature—making things nice and official!
