Asset Tracking System is a handy tool that helps you keep tabs on what you own, who’s got it, and where it is at any moment. Getting started is super easy! Just hop into the client editor to enter client info, then switch over to the site editor for your site details, and don’t forget to fill in the equipment info in the inventory editor.
Once you've got everything set up, it's time to check out some equipment. Simply select 'Check Out,' choose the equipment you want to lend out, pick who’s taking it, and indicate where it'll be used. All this check-out info will pop up right on the main ATS screen. If you want more details about a specific entry, just double-click on it in the right view pane to see the loan record. And if needed, you can easily check that equipment back into inventory!
The Asset Tracking System comes packed with twelve different reports designed to help manage your inventory effectively. These reports give detailed insights into assets (that’s your inventory), clients, companies, and sites. One of the most useful reports is the 'Assets On Loan' report. On this report screen, you can choose either all records or specific ones, giving you great flexibility.
If you're checking out assets or inventory items, you'll love that there's an option to print a loan agreement too! This document lists all items being lent out and includes space for your client’s signature.
