ASPPPPP (Aperture Science Personal Pointing Peripheral Portal Provider) is a cool addition to your software collection, especially if you love the Aperture Science Portal games. This little app for Mac OS X gives you a fun way to move your cursor between two desktop areas using Portal-style windows.
When you open up ASPPPPP, your cursor turns into the portal gun! Just click the left button to make a blue portal and the right one for an orange one. Once that's done, your cursor goes back to normal, and you can zoom around your screen using those portals. It makes navigating so much quicker!
If you're not happy with how things are set up at first, no worries! You can easily close the portals through the ASPPPPP status bar menu and start fresh. Plus, if you hold down the Command key, you can temporarily deactivate the portals and drag them wherever you want.
A cool feature of ASPPPPP is that it comes with audio effects that play when you create and use portals. If it gets too noisy, just mute those sound effects right from the status bar menu.
You also have options to change how big your portals are—small, medium, or large. And from the Preferences window in ASPPPPP, you can toggle on or off text and voice guidance or even choose to have your portals restored automatically when you launch it.
If you're really into Portal games, you'll definitely enjoy using this app. It's a fun way to move around on a big screen while making everything feel like part of the game! For more details and easy download options, check out ASPPPPP here!
