Getting Started with Asman Task Management

The first time you open the app, it will ask for permission to create some files. Make sure you allow this so everything works like it should!

User Interface Overview

Once you're set up, you'll see an interface that looks like a chest of drawers. There are sixteen storage units available, but keep in mind that you can't change their positions or numbers.

Naming Your Drawers

To kick things off, you'll want to name the drawers you're going to use. Just click on the ‘No Label’ section and type in your desired name. It takes a few seconds for the software to save your changes, and it will let you know when it's done.

Creating New Folders

Now you can start making ‘New Folders’ in those drawers! Give each folder a name and feel free to add some ‘Details / Notes.’ You can also create sub-projects and list all the related tasks within those folders.

Setting Reminders

When adding new entries, don’t forget to give them titles! You can even set reminders for specific dates on the calendar. Just a heads up: you can't choose an exact time for these reminders yet.

Delegating Tasks

If you need someone else to handle a task, there's a special field where you can ‘Delegate’ it to another person. This way, you'll remember who needs to deliver results. Once you've completed a task, just tick its box!
