The Arduino Create Agent is a single binary tool that accesses data from a configuration file. It operates by listening to HTTP and WebSocket connections through ports ranging between 8990 and 9000.

After launching the application, it smoothly transitions to the System Tray, running quietly in the background without interfering with foreground applications. Users can interact with the Agent by right-clicking on the tray icon and selecting desired features from the combo menu.
