Alchemist

Alchemist is a super handy tool that lets you convert text into different formats and back again, all in a clean and simple setup. You just pick one of the options it gives you and type in what you want to change.

Easy Text Conversion

The main window of Alchemist is split into two parts: at the top, you'll enter your source data, and at the bottom, you'll see the results. Remember, what you need to input depends on which conversion template you’ve chosen!

Supported Formats

In the toolbar up top, you'll find all the conversion options available. You can switch between ASCII to Text, BIN to Text, HEX to Text, and even go from Text back to ASCII or BIN or HEX. It’s really straightforward!

Instant Results

The moment you type in your data, Alchemist gets right to work. You can easily grab the output by hitting the “Copy Value” button located in the bottom right corner. No fuss!

Start Fresh Anytime

If you ever want to clear everything out and start over, just click on the “Clear” button in the bottom left corner. It’s that easy!

User-Friendly Interface

Everything you need is right there on the main screen of Alchemist. If you want to switch profiles for your conversions, just a simple mouse click does it.

Scripting Integration

You can also create AppleScripts that work with Alchemist! This means you can run conversions directly within your scripts without needing tons of code.
